• Tuesday to Sunday, 9:00 to 17:00.
• Café 9:30 to 11:30; kitchen open 13:30 to 16:00.

If it is your first visit

• Go on a Sunday: it is the day of the open programme, with singing, a short talk and vegetarian food.
• Take your shoes off before entering the temple room.
• Sit wherever you like and join in as much as you want: singing, clapping or just listening.
• Ask. There is always someone happy to explain what is going on.
