Privacy and cookies

This site is made for calm reading. We only measure your visit if you give us permission, and you can change your mind whenever you like.

Analytics cookies

To know which pages are read, what people search for and where they get stuck, we use two tools. Neither loads until you accept in the cookie notice, and if you decline they never load.

  • Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.): counts visits and records which pages you see, how much you read, what you search for and which links you click. It uses first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_*, up to two years).
  • Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.): anonymously records how you move around the page (scrolling, clicks and mouse movements) and produces heatmaps. It uses first-party cookies (_clck and _clsk, up to one year). It does not record what you type into form fields.

The data is used only to improve this site. We do not advertise or combine it with other data to identify you. Both providers may process data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards described in their privacy policies.

What we do not do

There is no advertising, no forms and no user accounts, and we do not sell or share data with anyone.

What is stored in your browser

If you close the next-important-day notice, your browser remembers it until you close the tab, so it is not shown again. The digital japa mala stores in your browser the beads and rounds you have done today, so you can close it and carry on. None of that data leaves your device.

If you switch between light and dark mode, your browser remembers which you prefer. It also remembers whether you accepted or declined the analytics cookies, so you are not asked again.

If you choose a city in the calendar, it is stored in a cookie called ciudad for one year, to show you the dates and times for your city on every page. It contains only the name of the city and cannot be used to identify or follow you.

Third-party services

To display, the site loads its fonts from Google Fonts and, on the temples pages, the OpenStreetMap map and a library from unpkg. Like any web server, those services and our hosting receive your IP address when handling the request.

If you write to us

If you email us at hola@mundobhakti.es, we will use your address only to reply. You can ask us to delete your message at any time by writing to that same address.
